This equipment may be available from us or many of the best game simulation manufacturing brands from all over the world. All sellers are vetted through their website and other verifiable business documents; therefore, purchasing from any seller is safe.

Sim racing hardware refers to all the physical parts or components that make up a sim racing wheel. This may include the steering wheel, tachometer, speedometer, control, dashboard, seat belt, etc. Sim racing hardware is similar to the different parts of a physical car that provide specific functions, which makes driving the car possible without issues.

Flight simulator hardware refers to the physical parts or components that make up a flight simulator device (for example, the levers, control wheel, brake pedals, navigation, etc.). These parts altogether can make a flight simulator device perform its function.

Any equipment made available by any vendor on Simplace is manufactured by that vendor. Vendors are top manufacturers of sim racing and flight simulator equipment under their respective brands. They are not allowed to list any equipment that is not theirs or otherwise not original. Therefore, all the hardware on Simplace is original with a 2-year warranty.

You can place an order for any equipment on Simplace by locating the equipment and adding it to your cart. Once it’s added to your cart, you can either select to keep shopping or view your cart on the pop-up window by your right. When you view your cart, the items you have stored in there will be displayed to you, and you can select the quantity, provide a note, read and accept the terms and conditions and proceed to checkout. After providing your payment information and shipping address on the checkout page, you can proceed to ship.

No, you do not necessarily need to create an account to order on the website. However, creating a user account gives you an advantage by reaching quickly to your order information as well as repeated buying.

Yes, Simplace offers worldwide shipping. However, this does not include shipping to locations that are not supported by our courier companies. 


The cost of shipping varies by the distance of your shipping address and the weight of your order. Not to worry, the applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed to you on the checkout page. Meanwhile, some orders within Europe are free of shipping cost.


Upon the successful payment of your order, the applicable tracking number and trace codes and the instructions for tracking will be sent to you via email and/or phone number. The speed at which the tracking information becomes available to you depends on the courier company being used. If tracking is not provided for more than two business days, reach out to the seller or Contact Us.

The estimated delivery dates are listed on the order checkout page. However, these dates may be delayed depending on the seller’s handling time, courier company’s speed, and the speed at which the seller receives your payment. Also, certain external factors may influence the delivery date, such as the effect of COVID-19 or government interventions.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, you can. Any item you purchase on Simplace – regardless of the seller – has a 2-year warranty. Should the item stop working, which is not caused by improper maintenance or unnatural events, then you can reach out to us at [email protected] to get it checked – provided that it happened within the warranty period.

Yes, Simplace offers returns and refunds on all items purchased through the website. You can request a return and get a replacement or refund if the equipment is faulty, damaged, did not arrive, or did not match the listing. However, all return requests must be issued within 14 day, starting from the date of delivery, and the item must be in the right packaging. There are no returns for digital downloads if you have already downloaded the item to your device.
