SimXPro® FR + LusoMotors 1S Bundle
Get into position with The SimXPro® FR. This bundle will get you the sim rig and the LusoMotors MK-8 1S (single shell) Formula seat.
If you want to settle for a little less then the XF(R) models the FR is the way to go.
Just like all of our other rigs is the FR coated with our Satin Black powder coating and is constructed with high quality 4040, 4080 and 40120 aluminum extrusion profiles. Not all aluminum profiles in the market are the same. There is a lot of difference in the quality and density of the profiles. SimXPro uses European, high quality profiles. The FR can hold a normal DD and normal loadcell pedals.
LusoMotors 1S (single) Shell Formula Seat:
The single shell (1S) is the cheaper version of the double shell (2S) formula seat from LusoMotors. You can recognize the 1S by the unfinished outside of the shell. Please understand that the 1S can flex under braking or/and by getting in and out. The 1S is a very nice seat, we just want to be completely honest on what you can expect. For these reasons this bundle is cheaper then our other bundles with heavier profiles and the double shell (2S) formula seat.
LusoMotors 2S (double) Shell Formula Seat:
The double shell is the improved version of the single shell (1S) from LusoMotors. Unlike the 1S the 2S does not need support profiles. Another significant difference is the back of the seat, the 2S has the completely smooth finish all around. As you now can understand the 2S is a lot more complete and therefore more expensive than the 1S.
We have the LusoMotors 1S formula seats available in 2 sizes, standard or XL. You can choose for a gloss black finish or LineX coating.
Standard seat is 35 cm (up to a trouser waist size 32). The XL is 41 cm (from a pants waist size 32)
There are many different types of padding options, to save time and transport costs, these can be ordered directly from LusoMotors.

Tips to get in the right position:
Most important for you is that it feels good to be in this positions for hours.
Food for thoughts: Legs should be almost stretched at your maximum braking point, still slightly bend, not fully extended (!) Your knees should be behind your wheel(base). Wheel base around shoulder height, wheel shaft pointing in the direction of your neck/chin. The tip of your toes on the edge of being visible behind your wheelbase. Most important factor is the seat. Your body weight should be equally divided from your legs to your neck.
Where to start?
First thing is your seating position, then the wheel followed by your pedals and then in the final stage your monitor(s).
Picture of the SimXPro XF + Sparco GP seat for reference, this is not the same rig and seat as the SimXPro FR bundle.
